Northern and Easter Borders: The north and east sides of the North Range Village neighborhood borders a single 355-acre tract of land. This land tract is zoned for agricultural use has been annexed into Commerce City. This land tract is owned by DIBC Buffalo Hills Ranch LLC.

Southern Border: The southern side of the neighborhood borders two privately owned/occupied tracts of land (which border the north side of 104th Avenue). Both land tracts have been annexed into Commerce City. The western 4.5 acre tract of land is zoned for residential development and the eastern 2.5 acre tract of land is zoned for agricultural development.

Western Border: The northwest side of the neighborhood borders a single 2.5 acre tract of privately-owned land. The land is zoned for residential use and has not been annexed into Commerce City (i.e. Adams Count rather than Commerce City land use ordinances apply to this land tract).

Please note that although significant open space exists on the land tract surrounding North Range Village, these land tract are private property. Please show respect for the privacy of our neighbors and do not trespass on their land.

Future Development

We are currently not aware of any future development plans, zoning changes or planned City annexation related to the farm land bordering the east and north sides of the North Range Village neighborhood.
