District Owned/Maintained Fencing

The District owns and maintains approximately 1,156 feet of 6-foot tall solid fencing running along Blackhawk Street, Sable Boulevard and East 100th Avenue. In addition, the District maintains the split rail fence running along the west side of Crystal Street.
District-owned fence lines are marked in red on the map to the left.
Maintenance of these fence lines represents a significant financial investment and expense to the District. Although the fence is not currently in need of replacement, the replacement cost of these fence lines is estimated to be approximately $50,000.
The fence lines were stained in August 2016. The stain color used was SC-533 Cedar Naturaltone (Behr DeckOver brand). |
