General Information About North Range Village

  
The North Range Village subdivision is a covenant-controlled community that is located on the north side of 104th Avenue between Potomac Street and Blackhawk Street in Commerce City. The neighborhood is comprised of 257 single family homes. An additional 15 single-family home lots are platted but remain undeveloped on the north end of the neighborhood.

The neighborhood enjoys a 1.5 acre park area with a playground located on the south side of the park.

The primary purpose of the community's covenants is to provide the rules and restrictions regarding (a) the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the Common Interest Community, (b) the management, control, operation, maintenance and repair of the

open spaces and parks within the neighborhood and (c) the enforcement of the covenants, restrictions and conditions (as provided in the Declaration) applicable to the individual lots across the neighborhood.

NRV Committee

The District created the NRV Committe for the purpose of managing and monitoring the District's operations as it pertains to the North Range Village neighborhood. The NRV Committee is comprised of 7 residents/property owners living within North Range Village. (Click HERE for a current list of NRV Committee members.) The NRV Committee is responsible for the following:

  • Planning and managing social and recreation events for the neighborhood (within the budget constraints set by the District)
  • Monitoring and directing the covenant enforcement process (including reviewing homeowner appeals)
  • Recommending to the District Board changes to the Architectural Guidelines and enforcement policies
  • Monitoring and managing the maintenance of the open space landscaping, park equipment, perimeter fencing and monument signs
  • Preparing and reviewing periodic newsletters for the neighborhood
  • Developing and submitting a neighborhood operating budget each year to the District Board for consideration

The NRV Committee meets once every two months and all meetings are open to the public. The Committee's meeting calendar is as follows:
